Krysta's Story: My Pathway...

I have always had a heart to serve my community and those around me. I began working in the intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) field nearly eight years ago, starting as a caregiver and steadily growing within the field. Through dedication, hands on experience, and a deep commitment to those I serve. As I have advanced in my career I have been able to gain a better understanding of the support individuals and families truly need. With a foundation of integrity and tenacity, I am passionate about helping individuals live their best lives by ensuring they have the tools, resources, and opportunities to make decisions for themselves and shape their own paths.

Walking Together...
At the heart of our work is a commitment to creating that same sense of belonging within the IDD community. We strive to meet individuals where they are at and surround them with encouragement, understanding, and support, while empowering them to become their best selves. We aim to provide meaningful resources and foster a mindset of growth, independence, and possibility. Our goal is not only to offer opportunities, but to walk alongside each individual as they reach milestones and achieve personal goals by getting the privilege of celebrating every success together and making the journey fun along the way.
